Is it free?
Yes! Free features include unlimited scanning, basic product info, and community access. Premium adds AI chat, detailed analysis, and product recommendations.
How do I use it?

What if my barcode won't scan?
• Clean your camera lens

What if my product isn't found?
Take a photo of the ingredient list - our AI can analyze it directly. We'll also add popular products to our database over time.
What products can I scan?
All skincare, makeup, hair care, body products, and sunscreens.

Can I try Premium features for free?
Yes! New users get a 48-hour free trial of Expert features. No commitment required - cancel anytime during the trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SKINTIQ > Cancel
Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > SKINTIQ > Cancel

You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between Smart and Expert?
Smart is perfect for regular users with 30 daily actions for everything (recommendations, AI chats, camera scans, alternatives). Expert doubles it to 60 daily actions for the ultimate skincare experience with priority support.

Account & Safety

Is my data safe?
Yes. We encrypt everything, never sell your data, and you can delete your account anytime.
Can I use it on multiple phones?
Yes! All users get automatic sync across devices when logged in.

Shopping & Recommendations

Are your recommendations sponsored?
No. We never take money from brands. All recommendations are based purely on what's best for your skin.
Where can I buy recommended products?
We show links to search for products on Amazon, Sephora, Ulta, and Google Shopping.

Common Questions

Why do some "natural" products get bad ratings?
Natural doesn't always mean safe. Essential oils and plant extracts can cause allergic reactions - we flag these based on your skin profile.
Can this replace a dermatologist?
No. SKINTIQ helps you choose better products, but always see a dermatologist for skin conditions or serious concerns.
Do you work internationally?
Yes! Available in English, French, German, and Spanish with global product databases.
What if I have allergies?
Update your skin profile in Settings to automatically flag products containing your specific allergens.
